Oli started cooking delicious, seasonal food for clients and staff mates at digital agency Folk in the summer of 2013. What began as a weekly lunch drop—The Weekly Digital Lunch—quickly grew into something much bigger, becoming a limited company in March 2014. The early days were manic, with 18-hour days and the first 25,000 lunches made from the tiny flat kitchen he shared with his pal Tom, before moving into his first commercial kitchen in Dorset and working night shifts to keep up. From humble beginnings, Lunch’d grew from feeding local creative teams into supporting brand activations and events across the UK. A chance meeting with Hugo Boss opened new doors, followed by a one-off Microsoft event that helped scale a network of ghost kitchens across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.
